- 1. Release the safety ring and pull the handles all the way apart.
- 2. Set the pipe in the opening and begin to ratchet it.
- 3. With each squeeze, another round is engaged. And the blade can be pushed down a little more.
- 4. Repeat step 3 till the tube is cut.
